  1. REMINDERPRO HELP: CUSTOMIZING REMINDERS

  3. You can customize certain aspects of reminders when they come up.
  4.  
  5. The default button
  6.  
  7. When a reminder comes up, it has two buttons in the top right corner, namely, 窶廚lose窶 and 窶彜nooze窶. You can select which of the two buttons should be the default button. The default button is the one that is clicked when you hit the 窶彳nter窶 key on the keyboard.

  9. Note that the 窶彜nooze窶 button is disabled when the selected snooze time is zero, even when it is the default button.

  13. You can specify the default snooze time for every reminder. When a reminder comes up, the default snooze time that you specify is already set for you so that you do not have to enter it every time.

  15. When reminders are in the background

  17. ReminderPro displays reminders by launching a tiny application called 窶彝eminders窶. This application is launched by the ReminderPro system extension. Because reminders are displayed by an application, they can be put in the background.

  19. When reminders are in the background, you may forget to look at them. To prevent that from happening, ReminderPro allows you to specify one of the following:
  20. 窶｢ You can specify a time after which the 窶彝eminders窶 application is brought to the front automatically, if the reminders are not answered
  21. 窶｢ You can specify a time after which the 窶彝eminders窶 application flashes its icon in the Application menu and beeps, if the reminders are not answered
  22. 窶｢ You can specify that the 窶彝eminders窶 application do nothing, but just wait for you to answer reminders when you want
